Returns and cancellation

You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a recipient you designate, receive the products. For a single order delivered in separate shipments, this period starts after receipt of the last product. You can also cancel before delivery.

Within this period, clearly notify us that you wish to cancel, for example by emailing retouren@gevondio.nl. Include your name, order number and the products concerned. You do not need to wait for permission to exercise your right of withdrawal in time.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the products. Ask us for the full return address in the Netherlands. You pay the direct return shipping costs, except for an incorrect or faulty product, in which case we cover the necessary return costs.

Handling the product

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value. For golf balls, playing with them on a course will generally fall into this category. Unopened packaging is not a general requirement for your right of withdrawal. Package returns carefully, using the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method and without refund charges. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof of return, whichever comes first. For a full return, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. For a partial return, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty delivery?

Email service@gevondio.nl with your order number and a description; attach photos where possible. Your statutory rights concerning faulty products remain unaffected.
