We dispatch your order the day after you place it. We deliver within the Netherlands.

From dispatch to delivery

After dispatch, your parcel is with the carrier, such as PostNL or DHL. The delivery date depends on their schedule and any busy periods or delays. The day we dispatch your order is therefore not automatically the day it arrives.

Once your parcel is on its way, we send you a shipping confirmation with tracking when available, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95 for orders under €50. Standard shipping is free on orders of €50 or more. Checkout shows the shipping charge and full order total before you pay.

If something does not go to plan

If we unexpectedly cannot dispatch your order on time, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you. If an item is unavailable, you can cancel without charge and we will refund any payments received within 14 days at the latest. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Questions about your parcel? Email service@gevondio.nl and include your order number. We remain responsible for your parcel until you, or a recipient you designate, receive it.
