Gevondio terms of sale

Version: 3 November 2026. These terms apply to consumer purchases on gevondio.nl. Gevondio is operated by Capital Hill Venture Capital Management (VCM) B.V., Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 30169519, VAT identification number NL810106255B01. Location: Zolderschuit, 3402 MB IJsselstein, the Netherlands. Contact: service@gevondio.nl.

1. Products and ordering

The product page specifies the item, variant, contents and price. A box of golf balls contains 12 new balls unless explicitly stated otherwise. We supply the brand, model and colour you order. We will not substitute a different model without your agreement.

Check your order and details before clicking the button that creates an obligation to pay. After ordering, you receive an email confirmation; the purchase contract is concluded when we accept and confirm your order. Obvious mistakes that you could reasonably recognise as errors do not bind us. In other cases, we honour the agreed price.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. You pay using the payment methods offered there. We do not charge costs that have not been shown and agreed in advance. A price change after ordering does not change your confirmed order total.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the Netherlands. We dispatch your order the day after you place it. The delivery date depends on the carrier, such as PostNL or DHL. Once your parcel is on its way, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking when available. See our shipping policy for details. If an item is unavailable, we inform you and you can cancel without charge. In the event of late delivery, your statutory rights to set an additional delivery period or terminate the contract remain unaffected. We bear the transport risk until you, or a recipient you designate, receive the goods.

4. Cancellation and returns

You generally have a 14-day cancellation period after receipt and a further 14 days after notifying us to return the goods. See our returns and refund policy for the procedure, return costs, refunds and model withdrawal form.

5. Statutory guarantee

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract. If a product is incorrect or faulty, contact service@gevondio.nl. We provide an appropriate solution free of charge, such as repair or replacement, or a price reduction or termination where required by law. Any manufacturer’s warranty does not restrict your statutory rights against us.

6. Complaints and disputes

Email your complaint with your order number and an explanation to service@gevondio.nl. We aim to reply within two working days and, if handling takes longer, to give an expected resolution timeframe. Dutch law applies to the contract without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. You may bring a dispute before the competent court. These terms do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
